Terms & Conditions :

1. Validity Period : 10 Years
   1. If the card has not been utilized for a consecutive of 12 months, the card shall be deactivated by TNGSB (Inactive Card).
   2. TNGSB shall levy on administration Deactivation Fee of RM5.00 upon deactivation. This Deactivation Fee shall be deducted from the Credit Value of your Inactive Card.
   3. TNGSB shall levy a Maintenance Fee of RM5.00 at every 6 months intervals from the date your Card deemed as Inactive Card by TNGSB. This  Maintenance Fee shall be deducted from the Credit Value of your inactive card.
   4. In the event the Credit Value is fully exhausted from the aforementioned deduction(s). TNGSB shall have the right to deduct the said Fee from the Deposit (if any). Once the Credit Value and Deposit (if applicable) are fully exhausted, the Card will be terminated by TNGSB.
2. The Card shall at all times be the exclusive property of TNGSB and You shall not transfer the Card to any other person without informing TNGSB in writing.
3. TNGSB is under no obligation to replace or compensate You for Your lost, stolen, damaged, faulty, cloned and/or any unauthorized Reload.
4. You may choose to register the Card by performing online registration through TNGSB website. If You are a recipient of complimentary Card, You may also register the Card by performing online registration through TNGSB website. This will facilitate refund should You wish to surrender the Card.
5. You are responsible for the safekeeping and usage of the Card. You are required to use the Card in accordance with the procedures, instructions and guidelines set and prescribed by TNGSB from time to time and You shall not sell, damage, manipulate, copy, reverse-engineer or tamper with the Card nor do any act of modification to the Card.
6. TNGSB and/or the Service Providers shall not honour any unauthorized use of the Cards and these Cards shall be invalidated by TNGSB.
7. You are entitled to use the Card for Services at any of the authorized Service Providers and Point-Of-Sales based on the remaining Reload Value of Your Card.
8. TNGSB shall be entitled at its absolute discretion to cease, terminate or suspend the Services or Card, as the case may be, with reasonable notice prior to the Services or Card are being upgraded, modified or maintained.
